F.A.Q.

We respectfully ask that you give the Spa a minimum of 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. The full service(s) cost will be charged for any late cancellation or no-show appointment. A 48 hour notice is requested for multiple services or package appointments.

Our opening hours are:
Week Days 10:30 - 20:00
Saturday 09:00 - 19:00
Sunday 10:00 - 18:00
We recommend you arrive 10-05 minutes prior to your appointment.

Please inform us before arranging your appointment about any health issue you are facing, as well as filling in the special form (Consultation form) that will be given to you before your treatment.

An one-use underwear for body and massage treatments, are provided for your convenience at the spa or you may choose to wear yours. It is recommended that you shower before receiving your treatment and that you disrobe for your spa services. Your therapist will leave the room as you disrobe and you will lay under a sheet on the table.

Arriving late will limit the time for your spa treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your enjoyment. As your service was reserved at a specific time, your treatment will end at its set time so that the next guest is not inconvenienced and the full treatment price will apply.
