What is Sport - Deep Tissue?
This specialized massage, though originally created specifically for professional athletes, it is no longer only an athlete’s privilege. It can be selected and enjoyed by each one of us. It’s the ideal technique when you feel overworked as it restores and reduces muscular pain, keeps the muscles elastic, nurtured and in good shape. This massage can be tailored to your personal needs based on whether you want a relaxing or stimulating result. To activate the muscles and the nervous system, fast, light massage movements are used. To relax the muscles and the nervous system, slower, deeper massage movements are used.
A very basic function of the sports massage, is to prevent injuries and muscle problems and it is often used as a maintenance treatment. Therefore, it needs to be applied systematically, giving even better, longer-lasting results that will truly make you feel relaxed and revived.

Important Health Measures
- You should not go to your massage appointment with a full stomach.
- It is important to inform your therapist about any allergies, dermatological or health problems you might be experiencing.
- Massage application is not recommended to people with high blood pressure, heart disease, allergies or any other serious illness. In such cases, please consult with your doctor before making an appointment.
- Massages or other treatments that use intense movements or pressures and include the use of essential oils or non-specialized products are not indicated during pregnancy.
Reservations & Cancellations
If you must cancel your appointment, please keep in mind that a 24-hour cancellation notice is appreciated by phone or in person. This allows us time to replace that appointment. In the event that we don’t hear from you in time, a the following service charge will be assessed.
